Multiple Facilities Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document resident conditions. Provide direct nursing care and support to residents. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams. Follow facility policies and nursing standards. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

Current Iowa LPN License in good standing. Current CPR certification. Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Rehab, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical and communication skills.
