Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician. Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and treatments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with daily living activities and patient hygiene. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies. #MED1
