Pay Scale for this position: $28 - $32 an hour, based on how many years you have had your license, plus an attendance and training bonus of $200 a month! We also offer a shift diff of $3 an hour for NOC shifts Right now, we need full-time NOC nurses the most Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various clinical settings, including long-term care, acute care, emergency medicine, and specialized areas such as geriatrics, dementia care, and hospice. The nurse will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, performing assessments, administering medications, and supporting treatment plans. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values expertise in medical documentation, patient assessment, and specialized nursing procedures. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols. Perform IV infusions, catheterizations, venipuncture, and sterile procedures with aseptic technique. Provide specialized care for patients with complex needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, infectious diseases, or post-acute conditions. Support discharge planning, case management activities, and patient education tailored to individual health needs. Ensure infection control standards are maintained at all times while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Requirements Valid license with current state licensure. Experience working with geriatrics (memory care), behavioral health patients, and individuals with disabilities or developmental delays preferred Ability to perform advanced nursing procedures such as IV insertion/infusion, catheterization (including Foley and suprapubic), suture removal, and wound care. Strong understanding of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Excellent patient assessment skills along with the ability to recognize acute pain management needs or emergent conditions. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a healthcare team This position requires candidates to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
