Job Description
Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions, and supervising CNAs.Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with laws and standards, assign duties, provide clinical supervision, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited LPN program, active licensure in the applicable state, CPR certification, with preferred experience in skilled nursing. Must be able to make independent decisions and demonstrate excellent customer service with a positive attitude.Skills & Requirements:
Knowledgeable in delivering quality nursing care, capable of supervising staff, maintaining licensure, and adhering to standards of care and safety protocols.Benefits
