Responsibilities Monitor and record residents' health condition and update health charts Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, mobility, and hygiene Communicate health updates to registered nurses and doctors in charge Conduct basic diagnostic tests Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Coordinate with therapists and healthcare professionals to implement care plans Required Skills Compassionate patient care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Ability to follow detailed instructions Basic computer skills for inputting medical records
