Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active LPN/LVN license in Illinois Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Ability to confidently provide 1:1 care and support for a high school-aged individual Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach CPR Certification (current)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive, individualized nursing care on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day Administer medications, monitor the students condition, and respond to any health needs Collaborate with educational staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care Keep detailed and accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines Support a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
