Responsibilities Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within a senior living environment. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to registered nurses and doctors. Ensure the thorough documentation of patient health and activities. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of quality care. Required Skills Strong practical nursing skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in medical treatments and documentation. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
