Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN | Team-Based Care

Henry Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN role at our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care while supporting a collaborative team environment focused on resident comfort, dignity, and clinical excellence. Our nurses play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with residents and ensuring consistent, high-quality care.

Compensation:

$32.00 - $39.42 per hour The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Final rate is based on experience and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.

What You'll Do:

Deliver direct nursing care aligned with care plans Administer medications and treatments Monitor and report changes in resident condition Communicate effectively with RNs, CNAs, and leadership Help maintain a positive and professional care environment
