What You'll Do:

Provide therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and mobility activities Observe resident performance and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT Encourage resident participation and support treatment goals Complete accurate and timely documentation
