Responsibilities may include:

Provide quality nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare team members Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and well-being Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Perform other duties as assigned by management Who We're Looking For We're looking for nurses who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

Qualifications:
