Responsibilities Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in resident conditions and any adverse reactions to medications or treatments. Administer prescribed medications and simple treatments as directed by the resident care plan. Assist with daily needs such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene to ensure optimal comfort and dignity. Coordinate with registered nurses to implement comprehensive resident care plans. Participate in the assessment of resident needs and health plan development. Ensure the accurate documentation of all healthcare services. Communicate with residents and their families to keep them informed and engaged in the care process. Required Skills Proficiency in administering medication and providing treatments. Strong observational skills and the ability to assess clinical symptoms.
