1000 Health Center Dr., Mattoon, IL 61938

Job Type:

13-Week Contract (Potential Extension)

Schedule:

Day Shift - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (5x8s)

Qualifications Required:

Active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient/clinic LPN experience

Assignment Details Contract Length:

13 weeks
