Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures Room patients, record patient histories, vital signs, and document in the electronic health record (EHR) Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per scope of licensure Educate patients on health, medications, and follow-up care Coordinate referrals and patient care follow-ups Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN- Active/Unencumbered RN license in state of practice or compact license including state of practice. Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred Familiarity with EPIC a plus! For positions within UnityPoint Clinic, team members may be required to work at or to float to other locations to support optimized staffing Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
