What You'll Do Deliver exceptional nursing care in accordance with Illinois scope of practice and facility policies. Assess residents' health and communicate changes promptly to the care team. Oversee LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and support as needed. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident records. Participate in admissions, care planning, and resident/family communication. Promote safety and follow all infection prevention practices. Provide compassionate support for residents and families, including end-of-life care. What We're Looking For Current, active LPN license in Illinois. Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
