Key Qualifications:

Valid LPN/LVN license in Illinois Experience in school nursing or similar pediatric/ adolescent settings preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication abilities Familiarity with individualized healthcare plans and documenting care provided Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare teams

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent 1:1 nursing care to a high school student throughout the school day Administer medications and monitor health conditions according to individualized care plans Respond promptly to medical needs and emergencies with professionalism Support the students participation in school activities as appropriate Maintain thorough and accurate health records while ensuring confidentiality Serve as a knowledgeable health resource for the student, staff, and family
