Key Qualifications:

Active LPN/LVN license in Illinois Prior experience supporting children or adolescents in a school or pediatric setting Ability to provide compassionate, individualized care to medically fragile students Excellent communication skills and professionalism Commitment to consistent attendance and reliability Basic computer and documentation abilities Current CPR certification Flexibility, positivity, and a team mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct, patient-focused nursing care according to the students individualized healthcare plan Monitor vitals, administer medications, manage treatments, and be alert for potential changes in the students condition Maintain accurate health records and daily documentation Communicate effectively with school staff, the students family, and healthcare team Support the students integration and participation throughout the school day Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all school and nursing standards
