Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities Clinical confidentiality policies Bathing assistance Full Job Description RN or LPN Needed for 1:1 Home Care for Quadriplegic Male Client in St. Charles BrightStar Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN or RN to provide care for a male client in St. Charles who is a quadriplegic. This position requires an experienced clinician who is comfortable with maneuvering and transferring, as well as experienced in the unique care needs of individuals with quadriplegia.

Schedule:

Monday, with additional day on either Wednesday, Friday| 8:30 AM•1:30

PM Hourly Rate:

LPN•$38/hr | RN•$42/hr Paid Time Off Weekly Payroll with

Direct Deposit Free Continuing Education Credits Responsibilities:

Assist with transfers using a Hoyer ceiling lift Provide care based on the client's plan of care Administer medications as prescribed by the physician Conduct physical assessments Manage bowel program Assist with bathing and dressing Provide general support with daily care Adhere to compliance guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA)

Qualifications:

Proven experience caring for individuals with quadriplegia Comfortable and capable of safely maneuvering and transferring the client Ability to provide compassionate, attentive care to meet the client's physical and emotional needs Strong understanding of medical procedures for quadriplegic patients, including bowel program management

Requirements:
