We value your expertise and dedication so RN's will be offered $40-45/hour and LPN's will be offered $35-38/hour. Paid time off -

Your Responsibilities:

Provide individualized care based on each client's hospice plan. Administer medications according to hospice protocols. Offer comfort care and emotional support to patients and families. Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Illinois . One year of hospice experience is required. Clean background and criminal record. Ready to Make a Difference?
