We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Rural Health Orthopedic Clinic . This vital role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, personalized care to our patients while supporting our healthcare providers. Position Summary As an LPN, you will play a key part in coordinating patient activities, assisting with examinations and procedures, and educating patients about their health. Your professionalism and initiative will help ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality care. Responsibilities Coordinates and organizes activities by using initiative and independent judgment. Provides direct care to patients when professional skills are required. Assists providers with the examinations and procedures. Provides patient education and documents appropriately, maintains the records accordingly. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining supplies as requested by providers. Schedule Full-Time Days Monday
  • Friday 8:30 am
  • 5:00 pm Starting Hourly Pay Range $21.50/hour
  • $31.
18/hour Actual hourly pay rate depends on experience (DOE).
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, LPN program Current professional registration/licensure with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Experience in a surgical or outpatient office setting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care.
