We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated LPN to join our clinic and ambulatory surgery center team in a full-time weekday position. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and ensure our patients' well-being. Duties:

• No weekends
• No Holidays
• No Calls
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and maintain medical records

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
