Job Overview We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team for a day shift opening. Hours available are 6 am - 6 pm or 6 am - 2 pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a focus on delivering high-quality medical services, characterized by excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Duties Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and ensuring patient comfort and well-being. Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic medical record, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Monitoring patients' vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, and contributing to effective patient care planning. Collaborating with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members to provide comprehensive patient care and support. Experience Qualified candidates should possess a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
