Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated LPN/RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a range of medical skills to provide high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in patient education and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.

Skills:

• Proficient in critical care procedures.
• Experience in catheterization and sonography.
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices.
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
• Ability to assess and record vital signs accurately.
• Experience in case management and coordination of patient care.
• Strong nursing skills across various specialties including ophthalmology.
• Proficiency in managing medical records efficiently.
