We are seeking a part-time nurse for weekends to provide exceptional, person-centered care in a supportive, respectful environment. All nursing staff are expected to orient to and support both Health Care and Assisted Living areas as needed. By working together across departments, we strengthen resident care, support one another, and continue to grow as a unified team.

Position Details Schedule:

Weekend Clinical Pay Rates LPN:

$31.21

•$35.45 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($46.82

•53.18) + shift differential

RN:

$35.80

•$40.66 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($53.70

•60.99) + shift differential Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a memory care and long-term care setting

Monitor residents' health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team

Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being

Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in Indiana

Experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer's care a plus
