What We Offer Nurses:
We offer competitive compensation, a full benefits package and career advancement opportunities. We have a variety of shifts (days/evenings/nights) available. Minimum rate is $28.32 for LPN $3000 employment bonus for FT (pro-rated by FTE) Minimum rate is $35.87 for RN $4000 employment bonus for FT (pro-rated by FTE) Shift differential Start earning PTO the day you start Work life balance Behavioral health assistance Regular supervision to grow clinical/professional skills What You'll Do as a Nurse Primary responsibilities as a nurse will include: Assessing clients upon admission. Collecting data regarding a client's mental and physical health status Providing health education, somatic therapies, medication and crisis intervention Reporting adverse drug reactions to physician and pharmacist Managing and securely storing medications and samples Documenting all necessary information in patient charts 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts. Assist direct care staff when needed. Other duties as assigned Minimum hiring requirements for the nurse position: Current Indiana RN or LPN license Two years of post-degree psychiatric experience in a similar position preferred
