Make a Difference Community Heart and Vascular Hospital has a part-time LPN position available on the Transporters Team. The LPN is responsible for safely transporting cardiac and medical patients throughout the hospital for testing, procedures, admissions, and discharges.

The LPN monitors patient condition during transport, obtains vital signs, assists with cardiac monitoring, and communicates changes in patient status to the healthcare team. The LPN collaborates with nurses, physicians, and ancillary departments to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while supporting hospital throughput and continuity of care. This position is ideal for an LPN who enjoys patient interaction, teamwork, and working in a dynamic cardiovascular care environment. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. 1 yr. of Inpatient/Hospital LPN experience required Why Community?
