$20,000 /

LPN:

$12,000 Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

40 hours per week

•First Shift Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM

•2:30 PM On Call Every Fifth Weekend Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana BLS/CPR Certification Required Senior Living Nursing Experience Preferred
