Job Description
Full-Time / Monday
•Friday / 8:00am
•4:00pm (flexible)
JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION
Minimum:
LPN
•Graduation from certified school of Licensed Practical Nursing. MA
•High School diploma or GED/HSE accredited by the State Board of Education.
Preferred:
LPN
•Graduation from a LPN nursing program accredited by a professional nursing accrediting body with an education plan for ASN or BSN. MA
•Associates Degree in Medical Assisting from an accredited program with MA certification.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION LPN
•LPN license from the state of Indiana required; CPR. MA
•CPR required
EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
LPN
•Satisfactory completion of clinical experience while in nursing program.
Preferred:
LPN
•At least one year LPN experience in area of desired practice. MA
