We are actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a substantial impact on patient lives within our hospital and clinic settings, providing both medical and personal support to our patients. Responsibilities Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within healthcare settings. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of patient therapy, treatment plans, and recovery progress. Implement patient care plans and assist in the observation of patients under treatment. Assist in the diagnosis and treatment under the direction of a physician. Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving injections, checking vital signs, and collecting blood samples. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. Required Skills Strong practical nursing skills, including IV insertion, wound care, and patient assessment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively explaining treatments and conditions to patients Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary health team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.)
