Position Summary:

Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting under the supervision of an RN or physician. Support patients in their recovery journey by assisting with daily care, promoting independence, and ensuring comfort and safety. The role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic nursing care and emotional support to patients recovering from injury or illness Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician Administer medications and treatments as directed Support rehabilitation goals by encouraging patient participation in therapy Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience Recent inpatient rehabilitation experience required Active KS LPN License or Compact State License BLS certification required
