Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care (Also known as: Practical Nurse, LTC Nurse, Skilled Nursing Nurse, Charge Nurse, Staff Nurse) 1. Position Overview Seeking a Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting.
Schedule:
Night Shift Assignment Length:
13 Weeks with possible extension
Location:
Eureka, KS Hours:
36/48-hour rotating schedule 3. Key Responsibilities Provide quality patient care and support. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Assist with assessments, documentation, and daily nursing tasks. Monitor patient conditions and report changes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care. 4. Requirements Active LPN/LVN License. Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Education Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. 6. Certifications Active LPN/LVN License. BLS Certification (preferred). 7. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience. Strong patient care and organizational skills. 8.
