Team members from all departments will focus on carrying out the EmberHope Youthville mission, vision, and values! This position comes with a $3000 hiring bonus! Paid 1/2 at 90 days and the other 1/2 at 6 months. This position is 3 12-hour shifts, Working Thursday, Friday and Saturday. To be a successful Campus LPN you must you must be willing and become able to do the following always: 1. Monitor clients who are part of an emergency safety intervention to ensure they are safe and healthy both during and after the intervention. 2. Perform and document health assessments, assist with medication passes and monitor and document health and vital signs of clients using a trauma informed approach focused on resilience and recovery. 3. Provide consultation to staff regarding emergency and non-emergency medical and medication need. 4. Conduct health education groups for clients. 5. Assist Campus Nurse in overseeing the medication program. 6. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Employee Handbook and Residential Nursing Guide. 7. Meet medication error goal for the PRTF. How you will spend your time in this job within the boundaries of the nursing license: 60% Client Health Education and Monitoring 10% Medication Administration 10% Restraint and Seclusion Monitoring 10% Documentation 5% Participation in supervision, committees, and staff meetings 5% On call rotation To qualify for this job, you need to have: 1. At least 21 years of age. 2. Current Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of Kansas. Experience in pediatric, school or residential nursing preferred. 3. The ability to write and use a computer. 4. Ability to travel, driving a company or personal vehicle including at night. 5.
