The Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
