About the Position As a Charge Nurse, you'll play an important role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night. We're looking for a nurse who is comfortable taking initiative, making sound clinical decisions, communicating effectively, and working collaboratively with other members of the care team. Responsibilities and clinical skills may include: Providing and overseeing resident care Medication and injection administration Dressing and bandage changes Tube feeding care IV setup and monitoring Responding appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies Communicating with residents, families, providers, and team members Providing guidance and support to nursing staff Ensuring documentation and care are completed accurately and appropriately ❤️ The Nurse We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others and understands the importance of getting to know each resident as an individual.
