ESH Nursing Services Work Location Lexington, KY Grade Level 08 Salary Range $21.40-30.09/hour Type of Position Staff Position Time Status Full-Time Required Education LPN Required Related Experience 0 yrs Required License/Registration/Certification Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) - Kentucky Licensure Physical Requirements Requires handling of average weights or objects up to 25 pounds with some sitting, standing, or walking. Shift 7:00 am - 7:30 pm Job Summary Wendall 2 is a 28-bed co-ed unit. The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team who is responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. The LPN performs the duties for which they are trained such as starting IVs, simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN or LIP with any changes or abnormalities in the patient's condition.
