Job Description
Interim HealthCare is seeking an LPN for Home Visits to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes. In this role within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will provide skilled nursing, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of chronic conditions. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in the EMR.
