• Part Time Hundred Oaks Center, a 23-bed assisted living home, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team.

Position Details:

Part Time

• every other weekend hours are 6a to 6p Supportive, team-oriented environment with a "dear neighbor" care philosophy

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of resident medications, including preparation, ordering, and re-ordering Help accompany residents to physician appointments and provide follow-up care as needed Address and support resident nursing needs during assigned shifts Audit assignments in PointClickCare to ensure completion and accuracy Identify and report any deficiencies to the Director of Nursing Assist the Director of Nursing with various clinical and administrative tasks

Qualifications:
