Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-Time | In Person We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN to join our family clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, support providers, and help ensure efficient daily clinic operations. Responsibilities Obtain vital signs, patient histories, and assist with clinical assessments. Administer medications, injections, and IV treatments per protocol. Assist providers with examinations and procedures. Document patient care accurately in EHR/EMR systems. Perform venipuncture, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and other clinical procedures. Assist with triage and prioritize patient needs. Provide patient and family education. Maintain infection-control, HIPAA, and safety standards. Provide compassionate care to patients with chronic conditions, dementia, disabilities, and complex medical needs. Qualifications Current Louisiana LPN license. Previous clinical, hospital, long-term care, or outpatient experience. EHR/EMR experience such as Cerner, athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks preferred.
