  • Contract Assignment Arbor Associates is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Barre, MA supporting a residential special education and behavioral health program for youth and young adults.
This is a meaningful opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working as part of a collaborative care team in a structured, therapeutic environment. The program supports students/residents with complex behavioral, emotional, developmental, and trauma-related needs, with a strong focus on safety, stabilization, individualized care, and skill-building.

40-45/hr Responsibilities Provide nursing care and support to students/residents in a residential treatment and educational setting Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies Monitor and document health status, medication responses, incidents, and changes in condition Communicate with clinical, educational, residential, and administrative team members Support a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment Respond appropriately to medical needs, behavioral health concerns, and urgent situations Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow all applicable regulatory and facility standards Why Work With Arbor Associates?
