Matter:

Overseeing day-to-day activities, managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care. Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards. Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards. Qualifications for

Success:

Current, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse

• RN license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Current CPR/BLS Certification Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting Ability to communicate fluently in English
