One of our clients is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential treatment program. As a Nurse, you'll be a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for nursing assessments, medication administration, detox monitoring, client education, and collaboration with medical providers. All Shifts Available. /b>CLIENT'S HOURLY RATES
- Licensed Practical Nurse LPN up to $55/hr.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed
- Administer medications and monitor client responses
- Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
- Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
- Provide health and medication education to clients
- Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
- Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic treatment environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Active Massachusetts License Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- One year of experience in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment setting preferred
