Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you\'ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you, as much as you care for our patients. This is a part-time, 24-hour day shift position scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekend and holiday rotation required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment
• Serve as a champion for our patients and support the team around you
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista\'s core principles
• Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) as an integral part of the multidisciplinary treatment team
• Provide direct care and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts
• Valid CPR certification
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities
• Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries
• Previous experience preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorder inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention

Compensation:

• Hourly pay range: \$30.57 to \$44.99
• Compensation will be determined based on the candidate\'s relevant experience.
