Role:

Provide direct care and support to patients and their families as an integral part of TaraVista\'s multidisciplinary treatment team at our Devens, MA facility. Care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment while maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista\'s core principles. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you\'ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you as much as you care for our patients. This is a part-time, 24-hour evening shift position scheduled from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekend and holiday rotation required. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment
• Serve as a champion for our patients and support the team around you
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista\'s core principles
• Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN)
• Develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
• Support patients and their families throughout the course of treatment

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities
• Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries
• Previous experience preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorder inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention
• Ability to work a part-time 24-hour evening shift schedule with weekend and holiday rotation

Compensation:

• Hourly pay range: \$30.57 to \$44.99
• Compensation will be determined based on the candidate\'s relevant experience.
