Schedule:

This health care position works 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends. As our full-time Licensed Practical Nurse

• LPN, you will be responsible for: Administering medications and implementing nursing treatment plans to ensure the well-being of children with physical and developmental disabilities.

Providing hands-on care, including wound management, catheter maintenance, and g-tube management. Regularly assessing patients' physical conditions, documenting changes, and communicating relevant health information to parents, guardians, and agency staff. Supporting and providing guidance to direct care staff to ensure high standards of care. To be considered for this health care position, candidates must meet the following requirements: Valid LPN license to practice in MA Diploma from an accredited nursing program 1+ years of nursing experience Valid driver's license Strong assessment and documentation skills Proficiency in delegated nursing tasks
