Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Valid and active LPN or LVN license Previous experience in a school setting preferred Comfortable and skilled with tube feeding as well as flushes/blowouts Knowledge of common pediatric and adolescent health concerns Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school staff and families Exceptional communication and organizational skills Commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere for students
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver attentive, direct nursing care to a high school female student with complex medical needs Manage tube feeds and perform necessary medical procedures during school hours Monitor the students health status and respond swiftly to any changes Maintain accurate health records and daily documentation Collaborate with educators and special services for seamless student support Provide clear communication to the student, family, and relevant staff Ensure adherence to privacy policies and ethical guidelines within the school

Great Barrington, MA Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7am 2pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) 32 hours per week to support a consistent care routine Youll find this role both personally and professionally fulfilling as you positively impact a students school experience.
