This role focuses on supporting a high school female student as part of a caring and committed educational environment. With a structured weekday schedule, youll provide essential nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within a school setting.

Key Qualifications:

Current LPN/LVN license, with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment strongly preferred Proficient in tube feedings, including administering, flushing, and managing blowouts Understanding of school health protocols and student confidentiality Excellent communication skills and empathy for working with adolescents Ability to coordinate with educators and clinical staff for cohesive support

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care during the school day for a high school student requiring tube feeding Monitor, document, and report the students health progress and any incidents to the appropriate parties Perform emergency interventions and medication administration as needed Collaborate with school personnel and parents to ensure a safe and supportive environment Support the student in daily activities and help facilitate her participation in school routines Maintain accurate health records and uphold all confidentiality requirements This is a contracted position requiring 32 hours per week from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
