Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Haverhill, MA. This is a 13 week assignment with guaranteed full-time hours. Ideal candidates must have charge experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team. Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times. Support care planning and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements:

Active State LPN License. Active BLS required

Current CPR/AED Certification Job Type:
