Hrs Position Requirements:
Active Massachusetts LPN license Minimum 3 years of experience Long-Term Care/Post-Acute experience preferred
BLS/BCLS
certification Current CPR/AED certification
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting. Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments safely according to provider orders. Develop, implement, and update care plans. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
