Make a difference in a supportive school setting as a part-time LPN for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract-based position is located near Ludlow, MA, with a single opening at the elementary grade level. You'll work closely with elementary students, staff, and families across a 12.5-hour workweek, providing quality nursing care and building trusting relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering direct nursing care to students according to their health plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on student health status and needs Responding to health emergencies and providing first aid when necessary Collaborating with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to foster a safe and healthy school environment Educating students and staff on wellness, hygiene, and disease prevention Maintaining accurate and confidential health records in accordance with policy

Qualifications:
