We pay hourly, part-time with flexible AM start time to support work/life balance. We are currently hiring full-time LPNs in the Northbridge/Bellingham/Webster areas
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
Making home visits to patients living in designated territories. Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, treatments, and procedures. Teach and educate patients and/or caregivers on disease process, medications, diet, wound care and other treatments as ordered by the physician. Communicates regularly with the RN Case Manager and the patient inter-disciplinary care team to ensure the most appropriate care is being provided. Completes and submits accurate, timely clinical documentation pertaining to patient interventions and care provided. Qualifications of a
Licensed Practical Nurse:
A current license as a Licensed Practice Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
