2 Description American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a home health VNA position requiring home care experience and MA licensure. Details Home health/VNA nursing setting Works within interdisciplinary teams including RNs, PTs, OTs, and HHAs Provides approximately 6 patient visits per day Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Weekend rotation required, approximately 1 in 4 weekends (one weekend shift per month) Uses Epic for charting Requirements Active MA LPN license required (license required if applicable) Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration BLS certification required (AHA preferred; some facilities require AHA only) Home health/home care experience required Proof of flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed Additional Information Performs skilled nursing functions under the direction of the Clinical Team Manager and delivers care as delegated by the RN Case Manager Works within state Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies and procedures Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Boston to be considered for the local candidate rate
